Managed $7M U.S. Army Gun Shot Detection
Boomerang Project out of Ft. Belvoir, MD supporting the warfighter in the

aided in over $200,000 RMA requests for damaged radar items shipped from
Afghanistan back to Raytheon in the US for repair and returned to Tobyhanna

Technology Administration Team at the Pentagon, Washington D. C. (December
2011 – January 2013). ·
Start up for 11 month Quality Control Project for
ISEC at Ft. Huachuca, AZ contracting office. One day
turn around to ramp up and begin project for 30 personnel CONUS and OCONUS
valued at $6M from DoD. QC/QA (Quality
Control/Quality Assurance) contract with 30 personnel at 22 locations
worldwide. Directed personnel, time sheets, budget, ODC’s (Other Direct
Cost’s), project deliverables (Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports, Detailed
Monthly Financial Report and Burn Rate Analysis as per the contract CDRL’s
(Contract Data Requirements List) and managed a sub-contractor that would be

Assurance, VTC and ISP/OSP engineers. The SharePoint engineer
maintained the SharePoint portal, database and updating of pages as requested
by the customer for the SIPR Net side of the network. Microsoft
engineers installed and maintained Dell servers running Windows Server 2003,
Exchange 2003 and upgrading to Windows Server 2008 and Exchange 2007.
Cisco engineers configured various routers and 3560 and 3600 switches for
network access at Division and Brigade locations. VTC techs maintained
Polycom bridges and Tandberg VTC equipment at Division HQ. Information
Assurance engineers updated various security patches and provided network
accreditation status for Army networks. ISP / OSP personnel installed
Cat5e cabling inside requested buildings and installed Fiber connecting to
Cisco switches. ·
I reviewed offer letters and made
changes to the verbiage of new offer letters working with the Legal
Department, HR and Recruiting to make sure that I was compliant and
ethical. There was a loop hole in the verbiage of the offer letter that
caused the margin to decline based on bonuses and an analysis of the project
determined this was the best course of action to increase the margin for the
project. This change made a significant increase in the gross margin,
going from a 17% gross margin to over a 30% gross margin due to the change. ·
Traveled to the Iraq Theater of Operations for
site visits to Baghdad, Basra and Camp Taji for meetings with the customer
and engineer teams. ·
Worked with HR and vendors in the new hire
process of applicants by interviewing and selecting engineers for projects
Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) in Iraq. ·
Assisted in proposal writing and preparation for
submittal for Task Order(s) and Request For Proposals. Lead proposal
